Regina was born and raised in NJ. She also spent many years in Eastern PA. While in PA, Regina and her husband were intrigued by real estate and were the general contractors of their home there, even doing some of the work themselves. While in Florida, she and her husband have updated and "flipped" several homes. Regina knows what it takes to build a home and also buy a home with potential. She has also been party to many real estate transactions and given her experience, now wants to help you as you find your dream home or sell your existing home. Regina and her family moved to the Tampa Bay area in 2005 to live a 'sunnier' life. Finding life to be better with blue skies and sunshine almost every day of the year, Regina is excited to share the Florida lifestyle with you!
